Momentous Occasion

Okay, so this may not seem like a big deal to most of you....BUT when your daughter is bald her entire first year of life, you get a little excited when you can actually do something with it!  Erin's hair now fits in pigtails!!!  Not much substance to them, but doesn't she look adorable?  I think so!

P.S. Her tongue is always sticking out like this now.

Summer Vacation

We took a nice summer vacation this year to New Jersey, with a road trip up to Rhode Island and Connecticut.  Erin was great on the flight, but I now know why you have to buy a separate ticket when they turn 2.  It is very difficult to hold a 22 month old on your lap for a 4 hour flight without them kicking the seat in front of you!  We were all exhausted by the end of that flight, but it was well worth the trip.

Erin had the chance to meet most of her extended family on the Sullivan side and had a blast!  She also made her second appearance at the beach and loved every second of it.  By the end of the day, we had to chase her as she ran straight into the ocean...eek!  Erin certainly misses her Nana and Pops after spending so much time with them :)  We hope to see them again when she turns 2 in September!!
