Growing Up

Erin is getting bigger and chunkier every day. Bob and I looked at some videos of her from her first few days and hardly recognized her! Man, she is growing up fast!

Caught on Camera

Erin has been giving me lots of smiles every day, but I was finally able to catch it on film! She is also starting to find her voice and is making all sorts of fun noises. Oh, and she has lost almost all of the hair on the top of her head. We like to call her baldy :)

First Smile

I'm pretty sure Erin gave me her first smile this morning. Actually, several big ones in a row (gums and all). It was so cute! She just loves her diaper changes and rewarded me right after I was done. Hopefully I'll be able to capture it on camera soon....

Newborn Photo Shoot

Julie did such an amazing job with Erin's newborn photo shoot! I can't decide which ones I like the best....thanks again Julie!!! Here are just a few of my favorites :)

4 weeks old

I can't believe Erin is already 4 weeks old today! Time has gone by so fast and Erin is getting bigger and stronger every day. She is now following objects with her eyes and I swear one of these days she is going to give me a big smile! For now she only gives me strange looks when she stares into my eyes :)

The cold weather has joined us today so it might be a while before I have my daily walks with her again :(

Big Changes

Bob is officially out of the Navy! I would not recommend changing careers and having a baby in the same month, but that is what Bob did. Talk about stress! Luckily he has a new job lined up that starts on Monday and he gets to stay at the Air Force Academy. Both Erin and I are so thankful to Bob for giving up his military career to spend more time with us. I can't imagine if he stayed in....we would be moving right now and Bob would be back out to sea very soon. Here is a picture of Bob and Erin on his last day of work.
