Fall in Full Swing!

The fall festivities are officially underway!  Last week was awesome.  The kids did their usual leaf jumping in the yard, we all had a blast at the pumpkin patch, and we also enjoyed the Patty Jewett neighborhood kids parade.  Scotty's costume was a hit and Erin makes a beautiful Sofia the First.  Now we will dress the kids up for the third and final time tomorrow for the actual event....Halloween!  Oompa Loompa Doop-a-dee-doo....that song has been running non stop in my head for a month now ;)

Monkey Bars Victory

This determined girl mastered the monkey bars last week!  After several weeks of blister filled hands, she can officially make it all the way across.  Way to go, Erin!!

Pure Joy

All you need is beautiful Fall weather, a chair, and a Daddy to tilt it back!  Their faces make it look like they are on a roller coaster.  Scotty, well, he will play for hours with his cars.

I hope nothing ever happens to this stuffed animal!  It has been with her every night for 5 years!!

Aspen Trees

Fall is in the air (although, the weekend weather has felt more like Summer)!  We decided to do our annual hike to catch some of the changing Aspen trees.  This year we went back to Mueller State Park.  Not quite as impressive as Cripple Creek last year, but I'm so glad we went.  The weather was gorgeous and we didn't have to carry any kids on our backs!!  Erin enjoyed collecting leaves and Scotty loved running downhill as fast as he could go.  We are so lucky to call this beautiful state home!
